Please inspect the product details, colour information and fabric measurements before confirming an order. Because each design may have limited availability, contact Khalq promptly if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

Requesting assistance

Send your order details and clear photographs through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Eligibility for a return or exchange depends on the product condition and the circumstances of the request. Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot normally be accepted.

Any applicable process, return destination and costs will be confirmed directly before you send an item back.
